When you schedule a meeting with us, any one of our agents will take the lead and responsibility for assessing your needs. They’ll ask you about what your vision is for your trip or event, including details of how you’d like your guests leaving the experience with what feelings or thoughts so as to engineer every minute detail that would otherwise burn up a ton of your time.

If you are someone like me- who has a sense of general inspiration but is comfortable with the designer taking the wheel - this company is for you. When we first started planning our wedding we did not prioritize decor to be totally honest. We signed with TQ after they gave us a proposal at the budget we were looking for. We told them we like \"Cost Plus World Market, our colors are mustard yellow and emerald green\" and they turned it into the most incredible Mandap, cocktail hour display, and reception decor I have ever witnessed. Adrianne from Traveler's Q is a force to be reckoned with!!! From across the country, she created, planned, and then flew to NY to set up an entire Baby Shark/Ducky themed birthday for our son! I'm a big proponent of organization and attention to detail and Adrianne not only hit the mark by incorporating our ideas, but exceeded all possible expectations by creating a spectacularly themed party. She provided renderings, logo designs, and even incorporated the logo onto the birthday cake (which was delicious). The decor was beautiful and fun, and the food and entertainment had the kids and adults dancing and singing for hours. The day was just beautiful! I can't thank Adrianne enough for making such a special day, so much more memorable. And, thanks to the incredible photographer she hired for the event, we'll have these memories forever.

We can't thank Adrianne, our wedding planner enough for making our wedding day an absolute dream come true, especially for my wife (and her wedding vision)! From our very first meeting, Adrianne demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and confidence that immediately put us at ease. Her background in logistics in the military made us also very confident in her abilities. Throughout the entire planning process, she was a great resource in coordinating all the vendors, activities, and keeping us on track. When we arrived at our venue (a friend's beautiful home) everything and everyone were all set up just like we imagined. We owe that all to our great vendors and Adrianne. As a result, we got to fully enjoy our special day without any worries.
